Privacy Policy – Site Auditor (Snag & Punch List)
Last updated: 18 October 2026 Site Auditor ("the app") is made by Muhammad Anas. This policy explains what the app does with your information. Your inspection data stays on your device Sites, areas, items, notes, client names, addresses, company details and photos are stored only on your device. They are never uploaded to me or to anyone else. A report leaves your device only when you share or print it yourself, and it goes only where you send it. Camera and photos The app uses the camera and your photo library only to attach photos to items and to add a company logo. Those photos stay on your device. Optional usage analytics Analytics are on by default . You can turn them off at any time in Settings → Share usage analytics , and nothing is sent while they are off. While they are on, the app sends anonymous usage events to PostHog (PostHog, Inc.), which processes them on my behalf.
